UP Pants was founded by a husband-and-wife team who, funnily enough, are no longer married but still run the business together like best friends. With decades of experience in the fashion industry, they’ve been doing this longer than most, and their passion shows in every stitch.
The company began in 1979 as a private label provider of women’s sportswear to major retailers across North America. For many years, the company's specialty was focused on pants, with cutting-edge designs at the forefront of the pull-on trend. The development of their own line was a natural evolution; and the team saw an opportunity to raise the level of fashion and fit to new heights, creating Up Pants in 2016.
The brand has grown steadily with each season, now offering a full collection of chic ensembles, delivering an inspiring combination of refined fabrics, sophisticated prints, and impeccable tailoring, all Made in Canada.
