Eye Firmer
Place your index fingers on the outer corners of your eyes and your thumbs on the inner corners. Gently pull the skin towards your temples while squinting your eyes.

Jawline Definer
Tilt your head back slightly, look at the ceiling, and push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under your chin.

Facial Cupping
To do facial cupping, start by washing your face and applying facial oil so the cups can glide easily. Use small, soft cups made for the face. Gently move the cup across your forehead, cheeks, jawline, and around your eyes, keeping the cups moving to avoid bruising. Each stroke should take about 3-5 seconds, with a session lasting 5-10 minutes. Afterward, apply moisturizer to soothe your skin.
