Orders placed after 4pm(EST) during a weekday will be processed on the following weekday.
Orders placed on Friday after 1pm(EST) will be processed on the following Monday.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs/duties upon receipt of order; all orders are shipped from Canada. We ship via UPS; please allow 1-2 business days for your order to dispatch.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Food, Beauty, Personal Care, Accessories including Handbags/Wallets, Glasses/Sunglasses, Hats and Hair Items, Jewelry and Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
For all other items, original receipt must be included for full refund within 14 days of purchase, otherwise store credit or exchange will be offered for non-sale items within 14 days of purchase. All items must have product tags fully intact and product in same condition as when sold, accompanied by a receipt/proof of purchase.
If the item was a gift, the Gift Receipt must be present in order to receive an exchange or in-store credit.
To start a return, you can contact us at revher@revolutionher.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to arrange for shipment back to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if something is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for event ticket purchases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on event tickets, memberships, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
