Can also be used - not just as a serving platter - but flip it over and use it as a cutting board.
To clean your board and keep it looking new, use a damp soapy cloth to wipe it down and dry. To maintain your board after several uses, we recommend re-sealing it with a butcher block type of wax, or grapeseed oil.
