Luciole is a handcrafted, soy-based scented candle brand inspired by the gentle glow of a firefly—luciole in French—which also serves as the symbol in the logo. Each candle is hand-poured with care, made using high-quality soy wax and eco-friendly wicks that are self-trimming to minimize soot and enhance the burn experience.
Thoughtfully designed to reflect the essence of the seasons, the Luciole scent collection includes Rain (Autumn), Yule and Pine (Winter/Christmas), Cherry Blossom (Spring), and Midnight Jasmine (Summer), among many others. Every candle is uniquely decorated using natural dried flower petals, adding a delicate personal touch to each piece.

Behind The Brand
Luciole Candles founder Faranak Dayyani has a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, and although she comes from a science background, she has always loved creating things that bring peace and beauty into everyday life. During the pandemic in 2020, like many others, Faranak found herself spending a lot of time at home. She wanted to use that time to do something calming, so she started learning how to make candles and quickly realized how much she enjoyed the process. She could spend hours experimenting with fragrances, waxes, and decorations without noticing the time pass.
