Phénomène is the first dealcoholized Melon de Bourgogne in the world. This one of a kind, low sugar wine goes perfectly with food and will be sure to satisfy your palette.
Process:
Grenaudière Phénomène Melon du Bourgogne is made traditionally in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on lees for 6 months before being dealcoholized.
The alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation, preserving the natural aromas and quality. No artificial aromas are added to the wine.
Tasting Notes:
Extremely low in sugar (1.4g/100ml), this is also a fantastic option for those looking for a low-sugar alternative to a nightly glass of Pinot Grigio. Expect notes of citrus and honeydew melon, with high minerality, and a refreshing salinity.

The perfect food wine! Pair with seafood, soft cheeses, and pomme frites.
