ABOUT JULIE
Julie Ellis is a speaker, author, leadership coach, and award-winning entrepreneur whose journey into the world of entrepreneurship and leadership has been both exhilarating and humbling. After a decade in the corporate sector, she was no longer waking up enthusiastic for the workday ahead and knew she needed a change from her corporate career. Julie dreamed of her own big gorgeous goals and with that clarity, she co-founded Mabel’s Labels, making personalized labels for all the stuff kids lose as they go out into the world. The business grew wildly, and she became an award-winning entrepreneur, eventually selling the business to an industry giant.
As the author of Big Gorgeous Goals: How Bold Women Achieve Great Things and a coach that has logged hundreds of hours guiding corporate leaders and entrepreneurs, Julie is convinced that if we work together, many more things are possible than if we do it alone. Since the sale of the company she helped co-found, Julie has become a sought-after speaker, trainer, and author. She has also had the privilege of serving as a growth mentor, COO of a thriving retailer, and chairperson of one of Canada's top angel investor groups. Julie's journey has taught her that the impossible is often just untried, and together, we can achieve wonders.
