Alicja Confections provides hand-made delicacies crafted in Ottawa, Canada. Bars are best eaten within 1 year of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place. Some people like to eat cold or frozen chocolate, but we recommend they be enjoyed at room temperature for best flavour.

As a kid, Founder and Head Chocolatier Alicja Buchowicz never liked chocolate. People find it funny, but it’s true! There were only a few select flavours she liked and no one accessible to me was making them – so she decided to make them herself. Alicja Confections started from a need for a creative outlet; everything from the packaging, flavours, marketing, and branding are things Alcja loves to do, and it shows in the delectable creations she makes.
