How to use:
Start with the inhaler: remove the cap, bring it close to your nose and take a slow, deep inhale, then exhale fully. Repeat for a few breaths, up to three times a day.
Follow with the Release roll-on, apply to your pulse points: inner wrists, temples or neck, then take a long, slow breath.
