Kelly Striemer discovered her love for puzzles somewhat by accident. As a working mom with three kids, she was looking for something quiet to do in the evenings after they went to bed. Puzzling became her form of meditation — a way to unwind and recharge at the end of the day.
Kelly admits that she's a bit of a puzzle snob. She loves puzzles, but couldn’t find ones that matched her style or standards. Kelly wanted art that was beautiful, colourful, and fun — something she'd actually want to hang on her wall. She wanted pieces that fit together perfectly, without glare under the lights, and packaging that looked as lovely as home décor (because it often is).
Now, Kelly is building Villager Puzzles from her home in Comox, BC to create exactly that — and she's sharing the journey openly along the way.
