Turn "on" and when pressing up on the button 2 prongs appear to throw an electric arc to light your candle. Place arc on the wick to light. Turn in the "off" position. Has a 7-second automatic safety shut off.
Comes with a USB charging cord. Blue light comes on when charging.
Comes in a black case with an instruction booklet. Measures 7" tall.
