From valleys cooled by Pacific breezes, rich notes of cassis and blackberry are layered with gentle oak, pepper and spice for a refined, expressive red.
Process:
Sourced from Chile’s Central Valley, this wine begins as a full-strength Cabernet Sauvignon crafted using traditional winemaking practices. A gentle dealcoholization process preserves varietal character, aroma and balance. Aged in real oak to enhance texture and complexity, with no artificial aromas added.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of cassis and blackberry lead the nose. The palate delivers dark fruit, subtle spice and soft oak, supported by silky tannins and bright acidity, finishing smooth and composed.

Serve at cellar temperature. Enjoy with grilled vegetables, hearty dishes or wherever you would normally reach for a classic Cabernet Sauvignon.
