With 36 years of marriage under her belt and three adult daughters having flown the coop, Shantelle can confidently say she's made every mistake a person can make and is far from being the perfect wife, mother, daughter, or friend. Just like you, she's a woman doing her best, and tackles her toughest days by being thoughtful rather than responding or acting compulsively. Shantelle encourages others to do the same through her unfiltered podcast, Without Losing Your Cool where she discusses everything from career pivots/relationship issues/empty nesting and your wellbeing.
Shantelle is also the owner of Shantilly's Place Marina in North Kawartha, and loves spending time traveling, being in nature with her dogs and husband, and she loves her alone time.
