This transformation inspired Joy to follow her passion to become a holistic nutritionist where she started Joyous Health—a blog where she writes about natural beauty, creates delicious recipes and shares tips on living more joyously. In the early days, Joy had big dreams of bringing natural living mainstream and empowering a growing community to get in the driver's seat of their health.
