Mangala's journey to radiant skin began in the foothills of the Himalayas, where she arrived at an Ayurvedic retreat after scattering her father’s ashes. At the time, Mangala's skin was highly sensitive, red, and blotchy, with milia under her eyes, deep wrinkles, and hair loss around her temples. She felt disconnected from herself—until she learned something life-changing.
