To Make: Add 1 packet to 350mL (12 oz) of cold water. Shake well until dissolved. Add ice and serve.
Other Thoughts: Best enjoyed pre-meal and/or post-workout. Enjoy multiple times a day as needed. Add more or less water to taste. P.S. A little sediment is normal with all natural ingredients.
