Electrolytes: 300mg of 4 essential electrolytes (sodium, chloride, potassium and magnesium) to support hydration, smooth digestion, and moving waste through the body. Digestion requires hydration in order to produce intestinal secretions, absorb nutrients, remove toxins, prevent constipation, and support the gut lining where our gut bacteria live.
To Make: Add 1 packet to 350mL (12 oz) of cold water. Shake well until dissolved. Add ice and serve.
Other Thoughts: Best enjoyed pre-meal and/or post-workout. Enjoy multiple times a day as needed. Add more or less water to taste. P.S. A little sediment is normal with all natural ingredients.
